You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you're unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly let people down may be removed. Aadiyi Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include reaching out to the provider. We will reply with what we found and any action we take.
If our answer doesn't satisfy you, reply and ask for a second look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
